By accessing or using Answer Fox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Answer Fox provides AI discovery tools for businesses, including website auditing, MCP server generation, agent card creation, structured data generation, and analytics. We crawl publicly accessible web pages you submit to generate these assets.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You may only submit websites that you own or have authorization to manage. You may not use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent AI discovery assets. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the crawling infrastructure.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
You retain ownership of your website content. AI discovery assets generated by Answer Fox (MCP servers, agent cards, structured data) are licensed to you for use in connection with your business. Answer Fox retains ownership of the platform, tools, and underlying technology.
Answer Fox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your generated assets will be deactivated and your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
